The LearnOnOne 2024 Stationery Drive has been a resounding success, thanks to the overwhelming generosity of the Namibian community. Windhoek witnessed a heartwarming outpouring of support, with individuals and organisations contributing mountains of stationery and other essential school supplies.

This initiative was born from a partnership between LearnOnOne, Fresh FM, 99FM, and Pick n Pay Namibia. The shared goal was simple but urgent: equip underprivileged learners with the tools they need to succeed in school.
LearnOnOne is a registered non-profit organisation focused on supplementary education through OneAfrica TV and on-demand streaming. But access to education goes beyond lessons and digital content. Many children still face major barriers to learning because they do not have the basic materials needed to participate fully in class.
We believe every child deserves a fair chance to succeed. Providing extra lessons is vital, but we recognize the harsh reality many learners lack the resources to participate in class.

The campaign also aligned strongly with the community values of its radio partners.
This initiative reinforces 99FM’s role as an ‘Inspiration Station,’ appealing to its urban professional audience by supporting education and societal advancement. For Fresh FM, the drive highlights its youthful, culturally rooted identity, emphasizing its commitment to uplifting the next generation and fostering positivity.

How to Contribute
Individuals can still contribute by placing donations in clearly marked boxes at Wernhil Park and Mega Centre Pick n Pay stores. Donations of pens, pencils, exercise books, notebooks, calculators, and other essential supplies can make a direct difference in a learner’s school year.
